From the blurb it seems that Aizawa and Jonoucho are together even before the hot springs events but this is where they actual meet (not met). Jonoucho is a screen writer and producer of plays and loves to visit hot springs. On one such visit his supposedly reserved pool has an uninvited guest, Aizawa. He sees Aizawa crying and trying to drown himself. After rescuing Aizawa, which seems comedic since Aizawa didn't seem the type to really drown himself, Jonoucho puts the move on Aizawa. Crazy since Aizawa just told Jonoucho that he was crying because his fiance just dumped him.
One must put disbelief aside, (wouldn't a straight man who fiance just left him punch out a guy who puts moves on him?), for this manga it seems. Aizawa auditions for Jonoucho's play and he gets hired and one can guess where this goes. There are several graphic scenes though none are that explicit.
