This collection of 6 stories plus a 3 pages novelette at the end is enjoyable. Duo Brand's guys are gorgeous with their tall, muscularly slim and long limbed physique. Two guys featured in each cover art before the start of each story are so sexy and to me an added bonus. And the chibis version at the end of each story is so cute. The romance and sex in each story is sexy and sensual without being totally explicit. A few of the stories take place in some exotic locations which adds freshness to them. However being short stories, most of the plots lack depth but still better than most. That said I would get this for the art and the guys alone.
The first romance of the same title between a gardener and a butler with hair fetish is sweet. I especially love the last panel with the 2 guys strolling freely in the city, without the shadow of their sinister master in the background. Now this master is one seme Duo Brand should have explored. LOL. This one has a regency setting.
I like the second story. A bit of voyeurism here as we have a kid spying on his master being cruelly dominated sexually by another male servant in the house. Said male servant is of course a victim too and not as nasty as the kid believes. The kid is cute though some may be uncomfortable with such a story line. But hey this is true Yaoi where everything goes.
The 3rd romance has a bit of angst. An artist struggles to finish the nude painting of his lovely model. Blaming himself for the artist's failure, the model leaves the artist and nearly falls prey to another sinister artist. I like this one and I thought the tortured artist is especially sexy.
The weakest of the lot is the 4th story on 2 students. But this one is suppose to be non-typical as we have someone who looks seme but ends up the uke. LOL.
Escape which is the 5th story has a dark tone and has the best story line. A student after a horrifying experience ended up making a living by opening an "Escape House" to help those who wish to escape their troubles including leaving the country. But would he ever be free from his own nightmares which have haunted him for years? He just may have found his salvation when someone from his past come calling for his help. This is my favorite and I wish it is longer.
The last manga on 2 lawyers is the shortest but funny. Again the uke is not the one we expected.
The last 3 pages novelette on gambling is really too short but I am surprised with the fine translation here. DMP has really improved on their novel translation skills.
Overall an enjoyable collection, with such sexy and gorgeous guys.
