Product Description
The spoiled Prince Anel must travel without military escort to a neighboring kingdom where tensions run high. Sastre, an honorable Guardian, is brought in to be Anel's only protection for the journey. Anel is enchanted by his noble bodyguard, but Sastre becomes more interested in Kaleth, the spirited servant and lover of Prince Anel. Kaleth is forced to disguise himself as the prince to be a decoy for his enemies. Sastre duty is to protect Prince Anel, but in his heart he'd rather keep the decoy safe from harm.

Ok, just some words about this comic. The fantasy story has gaps and is superficial at best, which has already been mentioned before by other readers, but the drawings are just beautiful, the characters are lovable and there are many funny parts which had me laughing out loud.

The drawings are so beautiful, the lust so wicked, and the love so lush that I could not put this down. Kosen are magnificent artists who absolutely know how to evoke desire in a reader. Yes, the fantasy plot is superficial, has gaps (even holes), and fizzles by the end. But if you're like me, you say a big WHO CARES and start reading it from the beginning again.

I was very dissapointed with Saihoshi the Guardian, for one the artwork on the cover is amazing and looked very promising, and I thought I got a great deal getting the complete works of both in one, of course that's were my excitement ended. The art is very good quality, but the storyline was empty and made no sense. The ending was HORRIBLE! Were never clear on "how" the mission ends, but just teased with chibi drafts that serve as comic foils. Whoever wants to read this please just borrow it from someone.
