Product Description
A collection of comics by Ritsu Natsumizu that takes you through the pure anguish that we sometimes run into. Businessman Tazuki has a deep secret. His secret is that twice a week, while on the bus to work, he has wildly dirty fantasies about another passenger - another businessman whose name he doesn't even know!

[pardon the informality but...]

I noticed Ritsu's work was getting a sort of 'meh' response. Personally, I enjoyed Love Bus Stop. This is especially shocking since I'm more fond of harder yaoi(Yuhuza Ougi anyone?) and tend to avoid the cutesy stuff.

I won't bother dissecting the plotlines of these rather scratch-the-surface stories, but I will say that for some odd reason this one just hit home for me. Don't pick this up if you're looking for tons of action as this manga as a whole is sweet and cute. The fluff runs far higher than any sexual content, so steer clear if you have expectations of something more.

I picked this one simply up because I like suits and the title made me laugh. For those that like their yaoi taken seriously, do heed my words and avoid this one. If you're looking for a light, somewhat nonsensical read, then you just might enjoy it.

3 out of 5 stars Light and sweet romance, but not much depth.   January 17, 2008
R.Parklane (Tokyo, Japan)
A collection of 4 stories, 3 on love between white collar workers and 1 on a sensei and his shy floral shop owner.

The main story of the same title is the better developed of the lot. The romance is sweet. Tsuzuki and Fujizaki see each other every morning at the bus stop to take their respective bus to work. As is normal in a bus queue, they do not make the effort to know each other but just steal furtive glances at each other. But Tsuzuki soon finds himself dreaming and fantasizing about Fujizaki. This story is worth a read and the extra bonus at the end on their attempt at sex is kind of cute but not really what you would expect from two supposedly adults.

The second story has 2 white collar workers affirming their love, felt during high school but never expressed, years later. The plot feels incomplete.

The 3rd one on a sensei being romanced by the owner of a floral shop is sweet but again lacks depth. Took the shy owner more than a year to convince the equally shy sensei of his love.

A kiss started it all for our awkward couple in the 4th story and this one has the potential to be more "angsy". But just as I was getting into the characters it is over too quickly.

The artwork is ordinary and the relatively lack of dialogue and rather large drawings make this a rather quick read.

Ah... l'amour ! ;) This is definitely a ROMANTIC manga. the art style is not fantastic at all but it's definitely a good manga (if you read it not too seriously ! )
